Homebound Vaccinations from Douglas Public Health Department
​At Love2Help Home Care, we are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our clients. We are pleased to announce that the Douglas Public Health Department offers homebound vaccination services for individuals who are unable to visit vaccination sites due to mobility or health issues. Cobb & Douglas Public Health is providing homebound vaccinations to Cobb and Douglas County residents who are currently homebound due to an ongoing physical or mental disability and are unable to travel to a COVID-19 vaccination site.  Eligible patrons can request to receive vaccination at their home.
Please email HVS@dph.ga.gov with the following information for the person who requires at home vaccination: Name, Date of Birth, Address, City, County and Contact phone number.
